GLOBAL WARMING IS A MYTH: We have proof.

Later today ... tomorrow I will be sharing pictures of it actually SNOWING in Virginia Beach. If you know anything of VA Beach then you know, it doesn't snow. Though its not to terribly cold ... ITS COLD ENOUGH. Everywhere I turn I see a blanket of white surrounding me.

Toto I don't think we're in Virginia Beach anymore ... Maybe this is all a dream! Maybe I'll wake up to see Aunty Em and I'll look out the window and find it raining ... then I'll wait a few minutes then it will be sunny!

WELCOME TO VIRGINIA BEACH: If you don't like the weather wait 5 minutes.

My Guitar ....

Don't you love the random looks you get from people when you're walking down a school hallway holding a guitar, or when you and your friends decided to have a little performance while leaning against a wall in a hallway when you're suppose to be on your way to class? Yeah, well that's just a typical day for me. Today was fun, me and my friend Delilah both brought our guitars and jammed ... it was pretty sweet. Speaking of guitars, I wanted to post some of my favorite guitarists ...

In Sleep He Sang to Me ...

In 1988, on this day The Phantom of the Opera premiered on Broadway. It is one of the most recognized musicals of all time and it remains the longest running Broadway musical. People everywhere love the mysterious Phantom who lives in the tunnels under the Paris Opera house and secretly were rooting for him to win the lovely Christine Daae's heart. (Don't lie, you know that's true.) Though Raoul, Christine's childhood sweetheart shows up and the adventure begins ...

The March For Life.

Yesterday I attended The March For Life, which is a march that takes place in Washington D.C. for Pro-Lifers. It is always held on January 22, other than last were the date was moved due to Obama's ignageration on the 21st. The crowd consisted of somewhere between 250 to 300 thousand people who marched from the Mall to the Supreme Court building.

Here is a youtube video posted by a college about there trip to D.C. and experience at the March:

I'll post my pictures later. =)

An Actress ...

I'm sure if you're my friend you know I am an aspiring actress. I attend a Preforming Arts Academy and I have done theater for about 6 to 7 years. I do workshops and camps over the summer and tomorrow I will start taking classes at Regent University. Acting is a passion of mine and I absolutely love doing it. Here are some youtube videos of me doing monologues.

I'm a Dreamer ...

You are a Dreamer

You tend to have your head in the clouds. You love to be drawn in to a whole other world.

You are a rational person. You like to think through ideas, and you like the thoughts that books spark.

You are a person with many different interests. You are fascinated by everything in the world.

You are a person who values your possessions. You tend to have fewer things but of higher quality.

The Worse Death of '09

The Rev. (James Owen Sullivan)

The Rev. was found dead on December 28, 2009. He was only 28 years of age but at the time his death was said to be of natural causes. If you don't know who this amazing human being is then you obviously have missed out on a lot in life. He was only one of the best drummers of our time. He played in an insanely awesome band called Avenged Sevenfold (A7X). He has always been an idol of mine. He truely seemed to be an all around great guy. He got into trouble but always seemed to have an honest heart. I could tell he loved his friends and in my head and heart A7X might never be the same ... but he will always live on as one of my all time favorite drummers.

Zoom, Zoom, Zoom ....

You Are a Sports Car

You're a wild one! You love thrills, and you tend to be very impulsive.

You never quite grew up, and you have a very youthful spirit.

You're flashy and are a total showoff. You love to be noticed.

You are eager to take risks. You can be reckless at times... you feel immortal!

The Forest of Hands and Teeth

The Forest of Hands and Teeth is a book by Carrie Ryan. It focusses on a young girl, named Mary, who lives in what they think is the last colony on Earth that is surrounded by the unconsecrated (zombies). They live their lives in fear that they might end up an unconsecrated if they are ever bitten by one. All Mary wants is to be married to the boy of her dreams, Travis but he is already betrothed to her best friend. She is forced to either marry Harry, the brother of Travis or become a sister. After she loses both her father and mother then is forced to live with the sisters after her brother disowns her, claiming it was her fault for their mother becoming an unconsecrated. Mary does keep one dream though ... To visit the ocean. No one had seen it though her mother claims it is real and told her stories of it being the only place not touched by the unconsecrated. Mary never forgets the stories and never stops dreaming of one day finding it. Though a mysterious visitor has been taken in by the sisters ... A visitor not from the village. Soon Mary finds herself on a journey to find the ocean with the people she loves most. This book was great! It really had me pulled in and attach to certain parts. It is a very depressing book but I think it gives us all hope. It definately shows when everything goes wrong, don't give up, continue on ... and don't let anything stand in the way of your dreams no matter what. I recommend this book to anyone wanting an erie book that really provokes thought even with all the drama. It is a good read.

School Days ...

School starts back today. I am not looking forward to it, AT ALL. Time for me to deprive myself of sleep and lunch. I really hate only getting 4-5 hours of sleep a night but I can't really do anything about it. I can't wait till I can drive and get a car. I need to go to the DMV sometime soon to take the tests and get my learners permit ... but my mom puts everything off. *sigh* School ... soon... yuck ...
Classes today:
Latin (KILL ME! I have 1 friend and the teacher hates everyone!)
English (Soooooo easy and boring)
World History (Not more work!!!)
Science (Its okay)

Will I survive? Maybe. I'll find out at 2 o' clock.
