Shelock Holmes!

I loved this movie. I was just a little let down by it. It was set up for a sequal which left a lot open at the end. I can't wait to see the next one and find out what happens next. This might not be what people think about when they hear "Sherlock Holmes" ... But its just as good or in my opinion better. There is a lot of action and humor in it. The film was well done but the best thing about this movie was the cast. Remarkable casting! Robert Downy Jr., Jude Law, and everyone else was just fantastic! Its a movie you have to see.

You best believe I'm going to see this movie again!

Georgia: Day 3 and Day 4

My last day in Georgia ... Well, I didn't take any pictures and I basically laid around my sisters house. I forgot to take a pciture of my race car bed I got to sleep in. I met my brother-in-laws father, who had dinner with us. We then went to Tuesday night trivia as we used to when I lived there. My dad has still continued to go using our team name "The Wild Horses" after the Rolling Stone's song. We showed up late and weren't in the top 7 after the first round. I didn't think we would place at all but by the end of the game we won 4th place with 109 points. It was lots of fun. We won 3 CDs. After that my dad, Tad, and I went to see the movie Sherlock Holmes, which was awesome (Expect to see more posts about that soon.)

Day 4:

Woke up, got ready, said good bye, and hit the road. We arrived in Virginia Beach about midnight which was so much better than the trip down getting there at 4 am. I had a great time and I can't wait to get to see my family again!

I wish everyone a Happy New Year! I really don't have that exciting of plans for tonight so I'll probably spend most of it on here, posting random things, or on Facebook.

Georgia: Day 1

We arrived at my sister's house at 4 am this morning. I spent time with my dad, sister, nephew, uncle, aunt, and grandma. My uncle, aunt, and grandma are leaving for Tennessee tomorrow. I attended my old church, St. Francis Xavior. Oh dear, how to begin? "Gloria" *claps hands twice*
Watched a priest go up to receive communion while playing guitar. The entire thing was definately not normal for me. After all that ... we ate at Krystals.( I wish we had Krystals in Virginia!!!! =( )
My day was interesting and fun. I should be leaving Wednesday so I'll probably see some of my friends Thursday or Friday.

I got a lot of books for Christmas so I'll review them. The current book I'm reading: The Forest of Hands and Teeth. I hopefully will have that review very soon.

My Christmas ...

Christmas was okay. I went to Midnight Mass and then went to sleep. Woke up, opened presents, went to a friend's house, watched The Phantom of the Opera, ate dinner, watched Doctor Who, and went to bed. The End. That was my Christmas.

I'm sorry. I have been so busy I haven't had time to really post anything. Pictures will have to wait for a few days cause I'm leaving for Georgia today. (We didn't know we were going till this morning) ... So I might get a chance to update this while I'm down there ... or I might not.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

More Cookies!

Last day of school was yesterday. Now I'm on break, though I still didn't get to really sleep in as late as I wanted too this morning. I decorated a Christmas tree for a friend of the family. I forgot to bring the vamera so you'll have to wait till next time I go over there for pictures. Today I am making cookies. What? You say. I've already made tons of cookies? Well, Yes I have. BUT, its not enough. The 113 butter cookies I made the other day were just the begining. We're making more of those today and then we are making some thumbprints and bon bons. So I have an exciting day of baking ahead of me. Expect pictures later.

God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen

One of my all time favorite Christmas songs ...

I love it! I seriously do! We did an amazing Jazz/swing arrangement of it for my concert. I wish I had a video of it! ... But this one is pretty amazingly awesome too.

Cookies ...

I didn't get around to making cookies last night. So I am making them today. My mom and I started this morning. We have been working on the Butter cookies which are different shapes, like Christmas Trees, Angels, Bells, and stars. We will also be making thumbprint cookies, which are my favorite. My mom really wants to make bon bons too. I will hopefully get all this done by tonight and get a chance to go to Barnes and Noble! I'll post pictures later.

Our Tree

Hey, I just wanted to upload some pictures of our awesome

Christmas tree. I put a lot of time and effort in yelling at my brothers that they were messing the whole thing up! But me and my mom fixed it and now it's pretty awesome. We put it up about a week ago.
